Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent to join our growing car rental team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with vehicle bookings, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Manage vehicle bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide information about rental rates, policies, and promotions.
Upsell products and services to maximize sales.
Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the booking system.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the car rental or travel industry.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
Confident phone manners and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills and knowledge of booking systems or CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO120.000 - RO200.000 per month
