Customer Service & Sales Executive (CSR) – Remote

Job Overview: We are a growing garments business with a physical store and expanding online operations. We are hiring a Sales-focused Customer Support Representative who can handle incoming inquiries from social media and convert them into confirmed orders. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, responsive, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms Guide customers and recommend suitable products Convert inquiries into confirmed sales Follow up with interested customers to close orders Confirm order details and ensure smooth processing Coordinate with courier when required Take customer feedback and maintain good relationships Work proactively to improve sales performance Requirements: Strong communication skills (chat and calls) Confidence in dealing with customers Ability to convert leads into sales (not just respond) Fast response time and effective follow-up skills Comfortable handling UAE-based customers Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented Ability to work in a quiet and professional environment Salary & Growth: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month Performance-based review after 1 month Growth opportunities based on results Job Type: Full-time (Remote) Important Note: This is a performance-driven sales role.
