Customer Service & Sales Executive (CSR) – Remote

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: Remote Role Overview: We are hiring a result-driven CSR who can handle customers AND convert inquiries into confirmed orders. This role is not just support it directly impacts business sales and growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries (WhatsApp / chat) professionally Convert customer conversations into confirmed orders Guide customers in selecting sizes, colors, and products Manage order booking and ensure accuracy Coordinate with courier for smooth and timely deliveries Follow up with customers for order confirmation & delivery Collect feedback and improve customer experience Handle complaints smartly and maintain brand image Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT): Fast response time (customers should not wait) High order conversion rate Proper follow-ups (no missed leads) Positive customer feedback

Requirements: Strong communication & convincing skills Experience in customer handling / sales (preferred) Ability to multitask (multiple chats/orders) Fast learner with problem-solving mindset Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills Responsible and self-managed (remote work discipline)
