Customer Service & Sales Executive (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service & Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be young, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, web chats, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist clients with booking cleaning and maintenance services.
• Support the sales team in following up with leads and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build positive customer relationships to increase retention.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, age below 25 years.
• Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
