Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support issues efficiently and courteously
• Promote and upsell products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Manage payment responsibilities accurately during transactions
• Follow established procedures for client services, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer

Skills

• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages are highly valued
• Strong sales skills with a passion for customer support and client engagement
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Experience in call center environments or outbound calling is preferred
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling, follow-up procedures, and call etiquette
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or cash handling tasks
• Strong typing skills to ensure quick and accurate documentation
