EA (Telesales Representative)

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers to promote course renewal options and drive conversion.
• Follow up with customers to understand their learning needs and offer suitable renewal solutions.
• Monitor students’ progress and use performance data to support renewal decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth, satisfying renewal experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission-focused mindset.

🕒 Working Hours:

• Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

(Breaks: 2:45 – 3:00 PM | 5:00 – 6:00 PM)

• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

(Break: 12:45 – 1:00 PM)
