About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance about our products and services.


What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document interactions and feedback to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.



What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
