Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide personalized customer service to ensure a delightful customer experience.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and improve chat processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and proven experience as a social media Agent or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems.

Pay: From Rs37,000.00 per month
