Supply Chain Sr Associate

Overview:

We are looking for recent graduates who want to start their career in supply chain and logistics. In this role, you will support our Supply Chain team with customer service tasks, order management, and delivery coordination. You will work closely with a key client based in Belgium, acting as the main connection between the customer, our distribution network, and internal departments. The goal of this position is to ensure all orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and that the customer receives the products and service they expect.

• Enter and process customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy from placement to delivery.

• Manage daily customer inquiries related to deliveries, missing products, transport, payments, or returns.

• Monitor order flow, resolve issues such as cancellations, errors, or delays, and provide updates to the customer.

• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, finance, sales) to resolve problems quickly.

• Prepare daily reports to confirm orders are complete and updated.

• Schedule deliveries through customer portals, phone calls, or email, and record them in the system.

• Handle returns and product refusals, including arranging pick-ups and confirming resolutions with the customer.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed.

• Participate in projects to improve customer service and supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).

• Knowledge of French is desirable.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
