Responsibilities

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:

• Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone, and live chat in English, Spanish and/or Italian, and ideally German
• Advise and assist customers with product information, orders, and account management
• Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to streamline processes and improve customer service strategies
• Support innovation by sharing insights that help refine and optimize service offerings

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Languages: Strong English & Spanish and/or Italian skills; German and/or French is a plus
• Customer Service Experience: Ideally in an international and service excellence-driven environment
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically
