Job Brief:

Circlys is seeking a dedicated Trust Center Officer to act as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle client inquiries, verify and update account information, and ensure all interactions reflect Circlys’s commitment to trust and transparency.

You will play a key role in supporting payment and collection operations, maintaining accurate customer data, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
  • Verify client information and ensure accuracy of bank details and documentation
  • Support payment and collection operations in alignment with company policies
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Suggest process improvements that enhance the customer journey


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fintech or technical support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
