We are a rapidly expanding New York–based travel and concierge services company with a dynamic support office in Karachi. We pride ourselves on a friendly, flexible, and supportive work culture—and we’re looking for hiring team members in Customer Service department (Night Shift Only) who enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service and most importantly believe in the importance of personal level service.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist clients with their travel‑related needs, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

• Manage bookings, changes, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism

• Provide warm, attentive, and solution‑oriented customer service at all times

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and follow‑through

*Requirements*

• Night shift availability only (typical hours: 8 PM – 5 AM)

• Willing to work 6 days a week

• Strong belief in personalized, human‑centered service—even in a digital world

• Experience with Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo is highly preferred (SABRE strongly valued)

• Ability to learn new tools and online platforms quickly

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

• Very strong spoken and written English

• Ability to multitask and handle high‑pressure situations calmly

• Knowledge of airline rules, visa requirements, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, and hotel reservations is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Windows & Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Positive attitude, strong social skills, and self‑motivation

*Compensation*

• Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 120,000 per month (based on experience & ability)
