Customer Service Specialist - Chat & Email

Advisor I, Customer Service,

This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products or services via chat & email channels and inbound calls.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (B2 - C1).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts including night and overnight shifts.
  • Ready to start immediately.
