Advisor I, Customer Service,
This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products or services via chat & email channels and inbound calls.
Qualifications:

Fluent in English (B2 - C1).

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Flexible with rotational shifts including night and overnight shifts.
