Job Title: Team Leader
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Team Leader – Operations & Coordination to manage and mentor a team of calling executives and project coordinators. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, task management, and reporting skills to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables, team productivity, and inter-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of calling executives and project coordinators
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Monitor team performance using KPIs and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of incentive schemes and operational workflows
- Prepare, review, and share Excel/Google Sheet-based reports, dashboards, and updates
- Manage client and internal escalations to ensure timely resolutions
- Conduct regular training, motivation, and feedback sessions with the team
- Foster a collaborative, productive, and growth-oriented work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–5 years of team handling experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
