Explore Scientific is looking for a Customer Service Technician to support customers with product questions, orders, and technical guidance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and has an interest in science, optics, or astronomy equipment.

What you’ll do:
You’ll respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assist with orders, warranties, and basic troubleshooting, and accurately document interactions in our CRM and order systems. You’ll manage multiple requests at once, follow processes carefully, and work closely with our sales and operations teams to make sure customers are taken care of.

Required skills and experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with order systems, CRM tools, and data entry

Preferred skills (not required, but a big plus):
Basic mechanical ability
Some background in science
Hands-on astronomy experience or knowledge of telescopes and astronomy equipment
Understanding of optics terminology, components, and functionality
