As à Customer Services Engineer, you will be part of the Automation department and will be providing remote and on-site support for automation systems in the process plants. The role involves development and implementation of PLC/SCADA solutions for automation upgrade projects in existing plants. Collaborate with global experts to develop cutting-edge solutions for Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Your insights will drive technical excellence and sustainability in food and energy systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider. Proficiency in STL, LAD, and FBD programming.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Understanding of electrical circuits in control panels and integration of drives and third-party systems with PLCs.
  • Working knowledge of field and process instrumentation.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for automation systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider).
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA systems, networks, field instruments, and control systems.
  • Modify PLC programs and SCADA software (WinCC, Rockwell, Intouch) in the existing installations.
  • Handle customer service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal automation teams for special requests and improvements.
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and system health checks; prepare detailed reports related to Automation upgrades and Maintain service logs, checklists, and documentation.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience (for Engineer position) in an automation company, involving process or machine automation using PLC/SCADA or DCS.
  • Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechatronics from reputed institutions (e.g., NTTF).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving ability, work collaboratively in a team with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel to onsite locations
