Job Brief:


The Customer Service Executive will manage building reception, process and mature sales/rental leads, and achieve revenue targets by providing excellent customer service and efficient database management. This role ensures seamless coordination of property visits and enhances customer satisfaction while driving business growth.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the reception area to ensure it is welcoming and professional; greet and assist visitors, buyers, tenants, and potential clients.
  • Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, and other sources, qualifying and categorizing sales/rental leads based on requirements and potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and update the sales/rental leads database regularly.
  • Follow up with potential buyers/tenants, conduct property tours, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
  • Schedule and coordinate property visits, ensuring properties are presentable and ready for viewings.


Job Requirements:



  • Location: Lahore
  • Qualification: Graduation, Preferable Masters in Business Administration
  • Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience ( 2 Years of real estate experience is a plus)
