Customer Services Executive International

Job Specifications and Duties:

• Engage with international clients through outbound sales calls

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions

• Support business growth by identifying upselling opportunities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualification: Intermediate or O/A Levels (Fluent English communication required)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of International sales experience

Location: Saddar Karachi, Pakistan

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
