Job Overview:
Omni Academy & Consulting is a leading company in the training and development industry.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Services Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • applicants who are living nearby will be preferred
