Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Officer / Customer Service & Recovery Representative to join our dynamic team at University Town Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, provide exceptional customer service, and manage recovery follow-ups related to client accounts and payments.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and investors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Schedule meetings, manage office correspondence, and maintain client records.
- Assist with general administrative support to the management team.
Customer Service (CSR):
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding housing projects, plots, payments, and documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionally and empathetically.
- Assist clients with sales agreements, registration, and documentation processes.
- Maintain client interaction logs in CRM or record systems.
Recovery & Follow-up:
- Contact clients regarding overdue installments or pending payments.
- Coordinate with the finance department to update recovery records and payment statuses.
- Negotiate payment plans and provide guidance to clients on settlement options.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all recovery communications are handled tactfully.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk operations, customer service, or recovery, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
