Position: HR & Administrative Assistant

Seniority Level: Entry-level

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience, efficient onboarding processes, and smooth administrative coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update recruitment data, applications, and candidate communication through hiring portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and employee training sessions
  • Assist in coordinating background checks and drug tests. employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain organized employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks including report preparation, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance operational efficiency across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with HR or recruitment platforms.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to task completion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
