Job description and responsibilities shall include but not restricted to:
- Administrate the office and security staff of the Company
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the office building and furniture
- Maintain Attendance record for the Base employees.
- Handle and manage the local visa cases with visa agent
- Prepare checklist for the maintenance of the office building and furniture on regular basis
- Perform various purchasing functions; administrative & operational review and/or prepare quotation/purchase packages for equipment or supplies; upon the approval of all departmental PR/MR. (Building Material, Unit Maintenance & Other Material)
- Deal with local authorities for all the matters related to the Company and preparation of paperwork accordingly
- Support the Company procurement, communication and HR administration and recruitment process
- Receive and process the vendor quotations for the next level of approval
- Scheduling and organising internal/ external; meetings, trainings and events
- Record keeping of all expat / local staff credentials
- Provide support and cover to other administrators during busiest periods or absence as agreed with by your line manager
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your reporting supervisor or management deems fit.
Jobs Requirements:-
- Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Project Management or an equivalent field, from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 2 years, preferably with a multinational company.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
