**Job Title:** Female Office Assistant – Communications Focus
**Location:** DHA 2, Islamabad
** 3 Days Office - 2 Days Online**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant with a strong focus on communications to join our team. The ideal candidate will support internal and external communication efforts, manage correspondence, and ensure our messaging is clear, professional, and consistent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization’s overall communication strategy while maintaining efficient office operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications, including emails, memos, newsletters, and announcements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support the development and maintenance of communication materials such as presentations, reports, and social media content.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding communication-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update contact lists, mailing lists, and communication databases.
- Ensure that all communication aligns with the organization’s branding and messaging guidelines.
- Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.
**Requirements:**
2 years of relevant experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Punctual, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
