We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our English-speaking account to deliver outstanding support and service to our international customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries efficiently, resolve issues professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written). B2-C1

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ready to start immediately

Graduated.

Fixable to rotational shifts (Night and Overnight).

Locations (New Cairo- October)
