Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Services Specialist focused on Boxes and Packaging to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our packaging solutions, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their experience. Your energetic approach will help streamline customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and promote our packaging products with enthusiasm. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding boxes and packaging options, orders, and services
  • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate packaging solutions based on their needs, providing detailed product information and recommendations
  • Process orders accurately using data entry systems, ensuring all details are correct and complete
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette during outbound calls to follow up on orders or gather customer feedback
  • Support client services by resolving issues related to packaging orders, delivery schedules, or product returns with a positive attitude
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling packaging products
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality and analyze trends

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or client services within a call center environment is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to handle outbound calling with confidence and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data management and reporting
  • Demonstrated computer skills including navigation of CRM systems or order processing platforms
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Knowledge of call center protocols, phone etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs effectively
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining high typing speeds
  • Cash handling experience is advantageous but not required
