Customer Services Specialist-US

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, delivering prompt and effective solutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational (US) shifts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
