We are seeking a competitive and driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

This role plays a key part in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling high call volume, following up with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

This is a production-based role. Performance is measured by revenue and results.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads via phone, text, and email
• Make dozens of calls per day
• Qualify prospects and understand their housing needs
• Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records daily
• Track performance metrics and conversion rates
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 3+ years proven sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling ability
• Comfortable with high call volume
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience using CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or higher preferred)
