Customer Service/Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Medical Clinic Sales Representative, specializing in selling hair transplant procedures. In this role, you will engage with potential clients over the phone, video calls and in person, providing quotes, educating them on our services, and guiding them through the booking process. As a key part of our sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue and helping clients restore their confidence through our specialized treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss our hair restoration services, offering accurate quotes and highlighting the benefits of the treatment.
• Consultative Selling: Apply consultative selling techniques to understand clients' hair restoration needs, address their concerns, and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
• Booking and Scheduling: Manage appointments and scheduling for hair transplant consultations and procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up regularly with leads, building trust and maintaining open communication to secure bookings and foster long-term client relationships.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals, contributing directly to the growth of the clinic.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong rapport with clients throughout the sales and consultation process.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required. Experience in selling medical procedures is preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients over the phone in a clear, compelling manner.
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building trust.
• Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a medical sales environment.
• Organized and Efficient: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage client bookings efficiently.
• Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving needs of both the clinic and clients.
