Customer Service Representative (High-Volume Call Environment)

Premier Energy Solutions is growing rapidly, and we’re adding a Customer Service Representative to support increasing demand across our generator, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing divisions.

This is not a slow-paced front desk position.

This is a high-activity, call-driven role for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment.

The Role

As a CSR at Premier Energy Solutions, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your performance directly impacts scheduling efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall company growth.

This position relies heavily on:

  • High daily incoming call volume
  • Outbound follow-up calls
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Lead re-engagement
  • Coordinating with sales and service teams

If you prefer downtime between calls, this is not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high volumes of inbound customer calls
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and reactivation campaigns
  • Schedule service appointments and sales consultations
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Support sales and operations teams through consistent follow-up
  • Maintain call quality and productivity standards

This role requires focus, organization, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume without sacrificing professionalism
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Positive attitude under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and scheduling platforms
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a huge plus

Prior call center or customer service experience is preferred. Candidates with direct experience using Service Titan in a home services environment will stand out immediately.
