What You’ll Do

• Help customers throughout their vehicle buying experience
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and social media messages
• Set and confirm appointments
• Assist with follow-ups and customer check-ins
• Support social media and marketing outreach
• Work closely with our sales team to keep customers happy

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service or people-facing experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged (Spanish/English a plus)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
• Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
