Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to deliver outstanding support and promote products or services.
- Assist clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing detailed product or service information.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote new offerings, or gather customer feedback.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry into company systems.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client preferences using Microsoft Office tools.
- Support client services by coordinating appointments, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Utilize strong communication skills and call etiquette to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual audiences.
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English and additional languages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably within a call center environment.

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
