Top Moving Company LLC is seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and has a strong ability to close sales. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for turning inquiries into booked moves while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
• Build trust with customers by understanding their moving needs
• Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction

Sales & Booking

• Generate accurate moving quotes and explain pricing confidently
• Convert leads into booked jobs through strong communication and follow-up
• Upsell additional services such as packing, storage, and specialty item handling
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Operations Support

• Enter customer details and job information into the system accurately
• Coordinate with dispatch and moving crews to ensure smooth scheduling
• Send estimates, contracts, and confirmations in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of all customer interactions

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or call center (moving industry preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in moving, logistics, or transportation industry
• Proven track record in sales or lead conversion
• Bilingual is a plus
