Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, chat, or in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and build customer relationships
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools
• Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
• Support client services by managing inquiries efficiently, providing multilingual assistance as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; bilingual abilities in additional languages are highly desirable
• Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles preferred
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations preferred
• Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and typing skills for efficient record keeping
• Ability to maintain professionalism with good phone etiquette in a fast-paced setting
