Customer Solution Expert- (Part & Full - Time)

Looking for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirments:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); multilingual abilities are a strong asset.
• Previous experience in a call centre, help desk, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, phone systems, and basic office software.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

· Matriculation/Intermediate/ fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate or Bachelors.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
