Compass Solutions is the back office management company we spent a decade building toward. We manage the full back office operations — payments, collections, customer accounts, and more — for rent-to-own portable building companies. The Role
As a Customer Solutions Specialists at Compass Solutions, you will be the voice our clients' and customers hear and the one they depend on when they call. We currently manage approximately 2,500 active rental accounts across multiple client companies — and when we say we take the call, we mean it. You will own the customer experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and handle account inquiries
- Process payments and assist customers with their online accounts
- Make outbound calls professionally and effectively but with care and a willingness to listen
- Respond to customer emails regarding account status, balances, and questions. Giving them not just an answer but a connection that helps them
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers when needed and with a heart that solves the issues
Who You Are
- You are a natural on the phone — confident, clear, and calm remembering what it feels like to be a customer calling a “big” company number
- You have experience in customer service, call center work, or collections
- You are comfortable with computers and learn new software quickly (we will train you on ours)
- You do not shy away from difficult conversations — you handle them with professionalism and heart for the customer, Compass and even yourself.
- You understand that consistency and reliability matter
