Customer Success Closer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Closer to join our in-house campaign. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, skilled at verifying customer details, and able to close leads effectively. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound verification and closing calls
• Verify customer information accurately and maintain records
• Convert leads into confirmed closures
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English
• Experience in verification, sales, or closing preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Professional, punctual, and independent
• Good at handling objections
