We are growing fast and preparing for our Series A. We are now looking for a
Customer Success Executive
to manage enterprise clients and ensure long-term value realization from Apollo’s platform.
What You’ll Do

Lead the onboarding and successful implementation of Apollo’s platform for enterprise clients

Build long-term relationships with energy teams and C-level decision makers

Understand customer goals and align Apollo’s features to support measurable outcomes

Take commercial ownership: support renewals, upsells, and account expansion

Translate technical insights (e.g., carbon tracking, energy savings, compliance) into business impact

Track key success metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into our roadmap

Contribute to internal documentation and customer-facing case studies
What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting

Experience with SaaS platforms or EnergyTech solutions is a strong plus
-
Educational background in Energy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar
-
Strong commercial and relationship management skills

Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Native-level Turkish and professional English fluency

Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and initiative
