Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: PKR 16,000 per hour
Monthly Salary: 150k-180k

(Base pay is determined based on experience. Additional commission is paid in USD.)

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to help build lasting relationships with clients, manage onboarding, and support our sales operations. This role involves proactive communication, client engagement, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based clients.
Conduct outreach and communicate with prospective clients via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Schedule meetings and ensure consistent follow-ups with decision-makers.
Manage client accounts, handle inquiries, and support the onboarding process.
Keep accurate records in the CRM system and track communication history.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client

Communication.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B client communication.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with SaaS or CRM platforms.
Prior exposure to international clients (U.S. or Canada).
Strong email and call communication etiquette.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
