Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive IT Technician Dispatcher to coordinate and manage field service technicians across the USA. The ideal candidate will handle job assignments, track technician performance, and ensure smooth communication between clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Assign service tickets from clients to available IT technicians based on location, skill set, and urgency

Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians for onsite and remote jobs

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests

Communicate with clients regarding job updates, delays, and completion status

Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician logs, and job reports

Handle incoming service requests via calls, emails, and ticketing systems

Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve operational issues quickly

Ensure technicians meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in dispatching (IT, Security or Trucking)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus

Basic understanding of IT services (networking, hardware, software support)

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Ability to work in US time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with independent IT technicians in the USA

Knowledge of field service management tools

Background in technical support or IT services
