Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to ensure a positive experience for our clients by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals through our services.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in client management, consulting, and business development .


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling .
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and timely.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.


Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field .
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales/customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
