Customer Success Executive

Please note: This is an onsite night shift (7pm to 4am) position. No remote/other shifts are available.

Job Details

  • Position: Customer Success Executive (Female)
  • Location: Lahore (Onsite)
  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Salary: PKR 100,000 – 200,000 (Depends on Experience)
  • Experience Required: 2–3 Years in International Outbound Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer relations through calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and customer updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments
  • Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism and positive client experiences across all communication channels

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or international outbound campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media (USA market preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Comfortable working night shifts in an onsite environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management processes is a plus
