Are you an experienced appointment setter or customer engagement professional with a passion for creating great customer experiences?
We’re expanding our Home Improvement operation in Lahore and looking for a talented Customer Success Executive to join our growing team.

As the Customer Success Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing client interactions, setting and confirming appointments, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional experience. Your role will directly support the sales team and contribute to our overall success.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and confirm in-home appointments with qualified leads from marketing efforts
  • Ensure appointment details are accurate and shared with the sales team
  • Follow communication scripts with professionalism and empathy
  • Adapt strategies to meet local market needs
  • Provide a friendly, solution-focused experience to all customers
  • Track and report performance metrics related to appointments and confirmations

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in home improvement appointment setting, customer coordination, or customer engagement
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or call tracking software is preferred
