About the Role

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers — guiding them, solving challenges, and ensuring they get maximum value from Mezza. You’ll collaborate across teams, champion the customer’s voice internally, and help us continuously improve.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with Mezza’s customers.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for onboarding, training, and support.
  • Understanding customer needs deeply and helping them succeed with our product.
  • Gathering feedback and insights, and bringing them back to product and leadership.
  • Creating documentation, playbooks, and success stories that scale.
  • Monitoring account health, ensuring retention and growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Customer-obsessed, with strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Experienced in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Proactive and structured — you anticipate needs and prevent issues before they happen.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, operations, and growth teams.
  • A clear communicator — sharp, concise, and transparent.
  • Someone who thrives in a startup: flexible, creative, and eager to grow with the company.
