We're looking for a Customer Success & Adoption Manager to support professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You will play a key role in ensuring customers realize full value from our construction design solutions, including BIM, CAD, or other planning and modeling software. From onboarding to long-term adoption and engagement, you’ll help industry professionals integrate our tools seamlessly into their workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

 Onboard and train customers on construction design software (e.g., BIM, CAD, collaboration platforms).

 Drive product adoption by aligning features to AEC workflows.

 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

 Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

 Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback and feature requests.

 Create tutorials, training materials, and case studies specific to the construction design process.

Requirements:

 6+ years in Customer Success or related roles, preferably in construction tech or AEC software.

 Solid understanding of design and construction workflows.

 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.  Experience with tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar is a plus.
