Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

R4T Communications Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kuwait City.

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction for our digital communication and email-based solutions. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for client success and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation of new clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to ensure success
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve issues
• Provide product training and guidance to clients
• Track customer satisfaction, retention, and churn metrics
• Prepare reports on client performance and engagement
• Proactively identify risks and ensure customer retention

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
• Experience in SaaS, email platforms, or digital services is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the GCC market is an advantage
• Must have the legal right to work in Kuwait

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: KWD 800 – KWD 1,200 per month (depending on experience)
