Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at 3DM Solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored digital solutions that drive value. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for client relations & customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations
- Manage client communication in a way that is professional, clear, and solution-oriented
- Handle concerns and prevent escalations by proactive communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and realistic delivery
- Maintain a balance between client satisfaction and team workload
- Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in client dealing / account management / customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
- Experience working in a marketing agency or software house is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
