Customer Success Manager - Operations (Emirati National)

What You'll Do
  • Drive engagement for 50+ delivery only operators across UAE, serving as a strategic advisor and ensuring their happiness, profitability, growth, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion within and outside our infrastructure, leveraging up to date industry knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain tools, reports, and datasets that are shared with customers and contribute to the growth of their businesses.
  • Develop and maintain operational tools, reports, and datasets that improve the internal team's efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate the health of the customers' portfolio, enabling the business to make more informed decisions.
What We're Looking For
  • 3 5 years of Customer Success experience.
  • Must be a UAE national (Emirati).
  • Industry experience in the FoodTech market is a plus.
  • Track record of developing revenue driven strategies that enhance customer retention while driving overall business growth.
  • Resilient, thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Customer obsession and dedication to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data driven problem solving skills.
  • Analytical excellence, keen eye for detail, and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Organized (Prince2 or PMP qualifications desirable).

Additional Information

This role is based in our Dubai Internet City office location. All office based teams work onsite, five days a week.
