Location: Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

This role comes with a competitive salary package (PKR 75,000 – PKR 100,000) along with commissions, performance bonuses, and a complete set of benefits to reward your hard work.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into satisfied clients through effective communication.
• Provide professional client support across calls, emails, and chat.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads.
• Offer solutions tailored to client needs while overcoming objections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with a fluent USA accent.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Fast typing speed & strong writing skills.
• Prior sales or client servicing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
