Customer Success Specialist

We are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Understand client needs and help them get the most out of Zameen’s products and services
• Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for the customer
• Track customer engagement and usage data to identify opportunities for upselling or improvement
• Educate customers on new features, services, and best practices to ensure value realization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (preferably in tech, real estate, or digital services)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
