NIGHT SHIFT 5pm-2am
We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients — ensuring they are supported, informed, and achieving success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and training processes.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain detailed CRM documentation.
  • Provide timely updates, insights, and reports to management on client health and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
