• Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
